Data controller

The controller of your personal data is the owner identified in the legal notice.

Purpose of processing

Data provided through the contact form is used solely to reply to your enquiry, to send you the information you request and to maintain any commercial communication you initiate. It is not used for other purposes nor transferred to third parties.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR), expressed by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form.

Retention period

Data is kept for the time needed to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, during any legal retention periods. You may request its deletion at any time.

Recipients

Data is processed only by the controller. The email service is provided by OVH (SMTP server), acting as data processor.

Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@ppsoft.es, attaching a copy of a document that proves your identity. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security measures

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
